Shipping and fulfillment

Orders are typically fulfilled within 3-10 business days. We ship to the lower 48 states only. Your billing address must match your shipping address.

Firearms ship to your FFL dealer, not to you. When you order a firearm, arrange the transfer with a licensed dealer near you and we ship to their premises. DO NOT put the FFL as the shipping address on your order; keep your own billing address on the order and give us the dealer's information separately.

Order changes and cancellations

Changing an order after it is placed carries a $10 order modification fee.

Returns

Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once a new firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if unfired, and cannot be returned as new.

Firearm purchases

Every firearm transfer includes a Form 4473 and background check at pickup. You must be the actual buyer: purchasing a firearm for another person (a straw purchase) is a federal crime.

Ammunition

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. Ammunition shipments require an adult signature at delivery.
